Mystic Aquarium for Families Affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders

For Whom: Individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorders
When: October 6th 2010, Wednesday, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.The event will provide a special opportunity to enjoy the aquarium exhibits and marine life shows in a safe and accepting atmosphere, understanding to the needs of those on the spectrum.
The aquarium will be closed to the public that evening; its indoor main exhibit floor will be open to families for self-guided exploration, including a touch-and-feel tank experience. Special sessions will include a performance by the California sea lions and beluga whale training demonstrations.
